It is a good idea to let your REALTOR know, everything you have done to your home since you acquired it. This way, there will be no surprises when an inspection is done.

Have your utility bills handy (Gas and Hydro)

Have your property tax bills and assessments handy
Have your Title Deed available
Evidence of ownership
Have your Mortgage Documents
Describes the type of mortgage, lender and other details

Property Information: Location, Boundaries, Size,
Location of all buildings, Legal description.
