The Offer - Agreement of Purchase and Sale

The buyer along with their Realtor prepares an offer.
The offer is presented to the Seller and the Listing Agent
You can ask the buyer's Relator to leave the room for private discussions
You  have three choices (1) Accept it  (2) Reject it  (3) Sign it back with a counter offer.

(1) If you accept and signs the buyer's offer - This is legally binding document
to sell your home, subject to any conditions.
(2) If you reject the offer, the buyer may choose to submit another offer for your review and response OR the buyer may walk away.
(3) If you sign back with terms and conditions, the buyer can accept your terms, reject them or submit  another offer.

Deposits don't normally exceed 10% of the purchase price.
